From Finance to Education
I spent my first ten years in finance, working across banking, investment and family office management.
Along the way, I had the opportunity to work closely with business owners, investors, CEOs and senior leaders.
The more I worked with companies, the more I realised that what makes someone valuable in the real world is rarely just what appears on a CV.
It is how they think.
How they respond when there is no clear answer.
How they work with others.
And whether they can create value when it matters.
That belief eventually became the reason I started ASC Global.
My mission is to help young people encounter the real world earlier — so they can build not only knowledge, but judgment, confidence and the ability to contribute.

Why We Exist
Student Challenge
Many students have degrees, but do not have the opportunity to truly enter companies.
Company Challenge
Many companies need talent, but find it difficult to identify and develop suitable young people early.
There is a need on both sides. There needs to be a bridge between them.
